Website and hosting

The TaqDraw website is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request logs and security signals to deliver and protect the website.

Subscription and payment data

Paddle processes checkout, payment, receipt, subscription and applicable tax information as Merchant of Record. TaqDraw may use the checkout email and subscription status to administer subscription access, email one-time-code login and support requests.

Diagram data

TaqDraw is a browser app. Your diagrams are not published to a public project database by the marketing website. You are responsible for where you save, export and share your own project files.

Support

If you contact support, we may process the information you provide, including your email address, TaqDraw version, browser, operating system, issue description and any files or screenshots you choose to share.

Your responsibility

Please avoid sending confidential project information unless it is necessary for support. You are responsible for removing sensitive customer, project, pricing or technical data from screenshots or files before sharing them with support.
