Website and hosting

The TaqDraw website is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request logs and security signals to deliver and protect the website.

Current public access

The public TaqDraw app currently requires no login, account, subscription or payment. TaqDraw does not require an identity email to open the public app.

Historical payment data

Paddle processed previous checkout, payment, receipt, subscription and applicable tax information as Merchant of Record. Historical transaction and subscription records may remain with Paddle and in TaqDraw support or accounting records where required for billing, legal or record-keeping purposes.

Diagram data

TaqDraw is a browser app. Your diagrams are not published to a public project database by the marketing website. You are responsible for where you save, export and share your own project files.

Support and feature requests

If you contact support or submit a feature request, we may process the information you provide, including your reply email, request category, priority, title, details, TaqDraw version, browser, operating system and any files or screenshots you choose to share. Feature requests are sent to TaqDraw support through an email delivery provider and may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review the request, respond and improve the product.

Your responsibility

Please avoid sending confidential project information unless it is necessary for support. Remove sensitive customer, project, pricing or technical data from screenshots or files before sharing them.
