Current access

TaqDraw is currently free to use. No checkout or payment is required for current public app access, and the TaqDraw website is not accepting new subscription purchases.

Historical payments

The move to free access does not automatically alter or delete previous Paddle transactions, receipts or subscription records. If you believe a historical payment or renewal was made in error, contact support with the checkout email and Paddle confirmation details. Handling remains subject to the terms that applied to that transaction and applicable law.
