Subscription billing

TaqDraw is sold as a €4.99/month subscription through Paddle. Paddle handles checkout, payment, receipts and applicable taxes.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel the monthly subscription through Paddle's subscription management flow where available. Cancellation stops future billing according to the terms shown by Paddle at checkout or in the subscription management flow.

Refund requests

Refund handling follows Paddle's checkout and subscription terms. If you believe a payment or renewal was made in error, contact support with the checkout email and Paddle confirmation details.

Access issues

If payment completed but app access does not work correctly, contact support with the email used at checkout and the Paddle confirmation details.
