For subscription, checkout or app access issues, include the email address used at Paddle checkout and a short description of the issue.
Access after payment
After a successful Paddle subscription payment, use the app link and sign in with the same email address used at checkout. Customer access uses an email one-time code; no Engineering Autonomous Cloudflare account membership is required.
Subscription support
Paddle handles checkout, payment, receipts, applicable tax and subscription management. Use Paddle's subscription management flow for cancellation where available.
Scope
Support covers product access problems and reproducible product issues.
Support does not include custom engineering design, drawing approval, safety review, project quotation review, training sessions or consulting work.
